Refine is an AI-powered assistant built directly into the chat message box. It offers smart suggestions to improve clarity, correct grammar, or adjust tone—all with a single click. Instead of rewriting replies manually, agents can rely on AI to shape responses quickly and effectively.
How does it work?
Simply write a message in the message box. Once the content is ready, click on the Refine icon to open a list of improvement options. The available options include:
