Help CenterThe Traffic section shows who’s currently visiting your website. It updates live and includes all visitors, whether they’re browsing, waiting, chatting, or being supervised. This view helps you monitor activity and step in when needed.
What you can see in the Traffic section:

Chat or wait status

Key details like country, name, and email
Note: The Website Widget must be installed for this data to appear. Check Settings → Website Widget to confirm your setup.
Why You Might Not See Visitors

No one is currently on your website.
- You're not a part of the group with active visitors

The Website Widget is not installed or working properly.
Why Visitor Count May Differ from Google Analytics
Visitor counts may vary because:

The real-time view in Text has visitor limits based on your LiveChat plan (100 / 400 / 1,000).

Google Analytics and Text use different methods to define “active visitors.”
Viewing Local Time
A visitor’s local time is displayed in the Visit Info block in the sidebar of their profile.
