Teams lets you organize teammates into groups for managing chats and tickets. This makes it easier to assign responsibilities and streamline communication based on departments or focus areas.

To access Teams, click on your Profile Picture (bottom-left corner) → Organization & Subscriptions → Teams

Chatting teams

Under the Chatting tab, you’ll find live chat teams. These control which teammates handle real-time customer chats.

From here, you can:

  • View all chat teams (e.g., General)

  • See which teammates are assigned to each team

  • Create a new team by clicking the + New team button in the top right

Adding teammates to chat teams helps you route conversations efficiently and improve response times.

Ticketing teams

Under the Ticketing tab, you can organize teammates responsible for resolving support tickets.

Examples of ticketing teams:

  • General — a shared team for handling general tickets

  • Support Heroes — a default team with dedicated agents

Each team shows which teammates are assigned. You can create new ticketing teams or reassign members as your support setup evolves.
