The Teammates section is where you manage all users in your organization. You can invite new teammates, control which tools they can access, assign roles, and remove or suspend access when needed.

To open the Teammates section, click on your Profile Picture (bottom-left corner) → Organization & Subscriptions → Teammates

Viewing teammates

In this view, you’ll see:

  • A list of all invited teammates with their email addresses

  • The tools they have access to (LiveChat, ChatBot, HelpDesk, TeamChat)

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) status

  • Activation status (active or inactive)

You can use the search bar or filter option to quickly find teammates based on name, status or access.

Inviting a new teammate

To invite someone to your organization:

  1. Click the Invite teammates button in the top right.

  2. Enter the email address of the person you’d like to invite.

  3. Choose which Text tools they should have access to.

  4. Send the invitation.

They’ll appear in your teammate list as soon as the invitations are sent.

Managing roles and permissions

To change someone’s access:

  1. Click their profile from the Teammates list.

  2. Scroll down to the Roles and permissions section.

  3. Change the role of this agent for the specific product.

  4. To remove access completely, click on the three dots icon on the right side of specific product and select “Remove access”.

This is especially useful for adjusting responsibilities or managing temporary leaves.

Changing your password

If you need to update your own password:

  1. Go to the Teammates list and click on your own profile.

  2. Select Change password and follow the instructions.

Changing your email address

You can't update the email address on an existing profile. Instead, you'll need to:

  1. Invite a new teammate using your new email address.

  2. Log in using the new account credentials.

  3. Optionally, remove the old profile if it’s no longer needed.
