Subscriptions

The Subscription section lets you view your plan details and manage your subscription. Whether you're on a trial or a full plan, you can see your renewal date, teammate slots, and the key features included in your plan.

To manage your subscription, click on your Profile Picture (bottom-left corner) → Organization and subscriptions → Subscription. 

Viewing and managing your plan

Here, you can:

• See your current subscription plan
  View which plan you're on.

• Check your billing details
  Review your billing cycle (monthly or annual) and see the total cost for your selected number of users.

• Update the number of teammates
  Adjust the number of users included in your subscription.

• View key plan features
  See what's included in your plan.

• Track your trial status
  Check when your free trial ends.

• See renewal and billing info
  View your upcoming charges.

• Continue to checkout
  Proceed with subscription updates. 

Canceling a subscription

If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact our support team directly. They'll guide you through the process to ensure everything is properly handled. To do so, you can start a chat in the bottom right corner of this page or send us a message at support@text.com.
