Subscriptions

The Subscriptions section helps you manage billing and plan details for each Text tool. Whether you’re on a trial or full plan, this is where you’ll find renewal dates, teammate slots, and active products.

To manage your subscriptions, click on your Profile Picture (bottom-left corner) → Organization & Subscriptions → Subscriptions

Viewing and managing plans

Here, you can:

• See which tools you’re currently subscribed to:

• LiveChat

• HelpDesk

• ChatBot

• TeamChat

• Check plan types (e.g., trial, business)

• View renewal dates

• Monitor teammate slots for each product

ℹ️ TeamChat is included at no extra cost.

Canceling a subscription

If you want to cancel any subscription, please contact our support team directly. They'll guide you through the process to ensure everything is properly handled. To do so, you can start a chat in the bottom right corner of this page or send us a message to support@text.com.
