Organization & Subscriptions consists of Teammates, Teams, and Subscriptions sections. They give you full control over your organization's users, roles, and billing. From one unified place, you can add teammates, manage access to tools like LiveChat, HelpDesk, ChatBot, and TeamChat, organize teams, and oversee subscriptions.
What to remember
To invite or manage teammates:
Click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner → Organization & Subscriptions → Teammates
To assign or change roles and permissions:
Click on a teammate’s profile → Roles and permissions section
To change your password:
Click on your own profile → Change password
To change your email address:
Invite a new profile with the new email → Log in with new credentials
To create or manage teams:
Click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner → Organization & Subscriptions → Teams
To manage billing and subscriptions:
Click on your profile picture in the bottom left corner → Organization & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
