Email forwarding allows you to automatically send incoming messages from your email provider straight to your Text App inbox. This way, you can manage all customer emails in one place without switching between accounts.

Log in to your email account.

Open the settings. Look for the section called Forwarding or Mail Forwarding.

Save and confirm. Some providers may send a verification email.

Test the setup. Send yourself a message or wait for the first customer email to arrive in Text App.
