The organization Owner can transfer ownership to another user directly in Text App. This is useful if you want someone else to take over managing the account, billing, or overall administrative responsibilities for your organization.
<h2>Steps</h2>
As the current Owner, go to your <a href="https://www.text.com/app/admin/teammates/me" target="_self">Profile Settings</a> and scroll down to the Change Owner section.&nbsp;
From there, click on Change organization Owner and select a user from the list.&nbsp;
Keep in mind that you can only select active users with Admin permissions. Users with the Member role and those who haven't accepted their invitations yet will not be visible in the list.

Once the new Owner is assigned, they will immediately gain full control of the organization, and the previous Owner's account will automatically be switched to the Admin role.&nbsp;

STEPS
