Campaigns

The Campaigns section lets you create automated messages—such as pop-ups, banners, or chat greetings—to engage visitors at the right time.

 

To access this section, go to Engagement → Campaigns.

Click + New campaign to start building your first campaign.

Creating a Campaign

To launch a campaign, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Campaigns and click on the + New campaign button in the top right corner.

  2. Select one of the available campaign Templates

  3. You will be redirected to the Campaign Builder, where you will be able to customize the campaign conditions, look and feel, and other details.

  4. Once your campaign is ready, either publish it immediately or schedule it for the future.

Displaying Campaigns When Agents Are Online

Campaigns include a display condition:

  • Only when agents are online (default)

  • All the time

To change this:

  1. Click on your campaign

  2. Choose Add or edit conditions

  3. Select your preferred display option

Note: If your chat availability is limited to “Only when agents are online,” you won’t be able to select “All the time.”

Campaign Templates

Campaigns can be created using ready-to-use templates to match specific goals:

  • Use case–specific FAQ templates

  • Schedule a call

  • Schedule a meeting

  • Offer discounts to returning visitors

  • Ask for a review

Each template comes with pre-set conditions to help you target the right audience. You can customize these based on your needs.
