
You can personalize your ticket replies by adding an agent signature. Once set up, your signature will automatically appear at the bottom of every ticket response you send.
How to add a signature?

Go to the Teammates section.

Select your profile from the list to open your Account Settings.

Navigate to the Ticket settings tab.

In the Signature area, create your personalized signature.
